What is Anemia?
Anemia is characterized by abnormal paleness or lack of color of the skin and inside of the lower eye lids, tiredness, dizziness or vertigo (especially when standing), headache, irritability and irregular menstruation cycles. It usually develops due to excessive blood loss of hemorrhaging, deficient production of red cells or excessive red destruction in the body.
