What is the Bowen Technique?

According to the magazine Essentials this involves small rolling movements performed with an extremely light touch. After every sequence, the therapist leaves the room for two minutes to allow the client’s nervous system to rest. The Bowen technique is apparently good for asthma, migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety, indigestion, insomnia, period pain and back pain. For more information, watch this video clip:
