Dressing Tips for Thick Legs
Looking for ways to cover and conceal your thick legs? Then you've come to the right place. Check out this article on how to cover up your thick legs.
When choosing pants, rather opt for a straight cut and avoid pants that taper in at the bottom. Skinny jeans are a no-no for you and should not even be considered. Try to avoid pants that are chopped off at the ankle as these will make your legs not only look thick, but short too.
When it comes to choosing a skirt, go for the ever-popular A-line skirt that falls to the center of the knee. Play around with the length of the skirt in front of the mirror and when you're happy with the length, take it to the tailor and have it altered to your preference.
Shoes are vitally important here. Avoid shoes with a square toe as these will make your legs look even chunkier and, as with short legs, avoid thick, chunky platform style shoes. Shoes with straps around the ankle are a big no-no as they cut your ankle off and make your legs look even thicker. You need to find a shoe that shows off the ankle, as this is generally the smallest part of your leg.
Kitten heels are also a no-no and should only be worn by people with slender legs or it will look squashed under your feet, which is not a flattering look.
