What is Lipotropic?
Any of a number of substances that help to prevent the accumulation of abnormal or excessive amounts of fat in the liver, control blood sugar levels, and enhance fat and carbohydrate metabolism. Commonly used lipotropics include choline, inositol, and methionine.
