Salads: A Bad ‘Diet’ Food
If you thought salads were harmless, think again!
Salads have evolved from their simple form into a more decadent affair, rich in mayonnaise, fancy dressings and croutons, with equivalent energy values to a jacket potato or a Big Mac!
Let your salads consists only of protein (chicken or fish) and plain vegetables, and remember to use (low-fat) dressing sparingly.
