Snoring Linked to Headaches
Not
only do snorers give their partners headaches, but suffer from them too.
A study published in the April 2003 issue of the US journal Neurology
found that people who had chronic headaches (at least 15 a month) were
more than twice more likely to be snorers than those who had occasional
headaches, even considering other factors related to snoring, such as
weight and alcohol intake.
Researchers don’t know yet whether the headaches cause the snoring or the snoring causes the headaches.
