Spice Up Your Salad
Salads can be quite boring unless you know how to really spice them up. Gone are the days when only lettuce and tomato were served together.
Make your salad more interesting by adding unusual ingredients. For example, try include raw veggies that you’d usually eat cooked (e.g. asparagus, broccoli, baby marrow and cauliflower). You could even use spinach leaves instead of lettuce leaves.
Adding seeds to your salads make the salad more interesting and your body will thank you for the extra vitamins. You can also add an egg occasionally to your salad.
Sprinkle some parmesan on it. One tablespoon has only 22 calories, and almost no fat. It goes a long way, trust me!
