What is Still’s Disease?

Still’s disease is a chronic arthritis affecting children and affecting several joints, with fever and red rash. Some cases develop into ankylosing spondylitis and there is often muscle wasting. The illness may affect the whole body, complicated by other conditions, e.g. enlargement of the spleen and pericarditis.
