Vinegar and Weight Loss
A study from Wayo Women’s University in Japan found that vinegar can enhance the flavor of salt in food, so you won’t have to use as much. What’s more, research in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry reveals that consuming vinegar daily may help you battle the bulge.
The study authors say the acetic acid in vinegar may help the body produce enzymes that break down fat. So try adding a squash to soups, pasta dishes and even steamed veggies.
