Water Vital for Survival
Water is vital for survival. It’s needed for every process in the body including digesting and metabolizing our food. It’s also used for cooling the body, and removing waste products.
Our body weight is approximately two-thirds water, and losing only one or two percent of this can leave us feeling distinctly below par and affect our energy levels and concentration.
This makes it vital to keep fluid levels topped up aim to drink eight glasses of water every day. Children should drink eight small glasses.
