Whether you’re dining at an all-you-can-eat buffet or just tucking into your favorite meal, it can be hard to put your fork down when you’re full. But asanas may be your ticket out of the clean-plate club.
A 10-year study published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association showed that people who practiced yoga ate slower, stopped eating once sated, and had significantly lower BMIs than those who didn’t hit the mat. Sounds ohm-so-good!
